Returns & Refunds Policy

At Velocità, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
